Located in the Detroit suburb of Shelby Charter Township, Michigan, Triple SSS Sports Cards sells collectible cards and other fan memorabilia online and at various industry events. In the summer of 2022, Triple SSS Sports attended the 42nd National Sports Collectors Convention.
The history of the National Sports Collectors Convention (NSCC) dates back to 1980, when a relatively small group of dedicated collectors gathered at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. Since that time, the NSCC has become an extravagant, multi-day event and the top showcase of its kind in the United States.
The 42nd NSCC took place from July 25 to August 1, 2022. Drawing more than 60,000 people to the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, this event was bigger than any other NSCC since 1991. Highlights of the 42nd NSCC included the Original National Trade Show Night and an afternoon of free VIP signings hosted by a number of legendary professional athletes.
